Service description
The service provides browser-based functions for A/B points, playback speed, saved loops, playlists, and share links for YouTube URLs entered by users. The service does not save, copy, upload, distribute, or sell video files.
Content ownership
YouTube videos belong to their respective owners. SpanCue does not provide downloading, offline playback, or tools intended to bypass YouTube restrictions. Users must use the service in compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, applicable law, and third-party rights.
Acceptable use
Users must not encourage copyright infringement, bypass rights-holder or YouTube restrictions, attempt unauthorized access, impose excessive load, reverse engineer the service, make false or misleading representations, harm the rights or interests of the service or third parties, or use the service in violation of law or public order.
Managing share links
Share links include a video ID, A/B points, and playback speed. Users are responsible for the recipients, publication scope, videos, and settings they share.
Service availability
The service is provided free of charge and as is. The operator may change, suspend, or end all or part of the service as needed. Playback, saving, and sharing features may change or stop working if YouTube updates its embedded player behavior or related external services change.
Disclaimer and liability
If a user incurs damage in connection with the service, the operator is not liable for damages beyond ordinary and direct damages except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the operator. This clause does not apply where liability cannot be limited under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable law.
Changes to these terms
The operator may change these terms as needed. Material changes will be announced on the service. Continued use of the service after a change means the user agrees to the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes relating to the service.
